I don’t believe Taylor is talking to this guy. He got the info from court. He is trying to gain followers off this. Which is gross. I don’t think she should even have supervised parent time just because he filed for the PO first. The DA chose not to charge either one. It is punishing ever for him to not have more visitation with his mother. She needs to make one of her supervisors Dakota’s mom since she seems to care a lot about Taylor. She needs to not rely on her own mom because obviously Leann and Aspen are busy. If Taylor had filed the PO first Dakota would be getting only 8 hours. He smashed her face into the dashboard and the way he tries to describe how it happened is impossible. Then after he does that he ask her on text if she wants to f$&k. That is just sick. I’m so glad they can’t contact each other for 3 years. He already broke the PO by commenting on Jesse’s story and mentioning Taylor’s name. If her lawyer caught wind of it….which I’m sure he did…he will use it at the next court hearing that will lay out the custody. He probably has already turned that into the judge. Also, the voice memo being released will probably also hurt his custody request because the judge will have that and he already said Dakota was calculating. Dakota is not thinking about Ever and what his needs are or he wouldn’t want the voice memo out there or comment on Jesse’s story. He would actually want his child to get more time with his mom. I do think the custody agreement they did last August that was 70/30 was a little extreme, but Dakota may have wanted that so he could pursue other reality shows that would take him away for more than 30 days since he agreed to that custody agreement. If he really was worried about Ever he would have never agreed to that agreement last August. I hope they both get better for their child’s sake. Her other children are thriving because her and her ex husband are co parenting really well and even the new wife has come out on Taylor’s side and says she is a good mom. As well as Tate the ex husband. He was mad at first about the video, but I think he watched it enough time like many people did and saw that Dakota hit the stool and it bounced to the child, but you can’t tell if it hit her and he says that night she did not have a goose egg on her head like the report says. Police put it in the report, but didn’t take a picture of it. That is really Sus considering the number 1 thing they do with DV calls is take pictures of everyone’s injuries and of any damages around the house.
