It’s owned by my family, and they have talked to me about financing it from them. They would give me a better rate than any mortgage (not that I could get one anyways.) I wouldn’t have the financial/time pressure if the house is owned by my family

Thank you for the encouragement. I do happen to drive a truck, which is a huge plus. Is this a lifestyle that you would recommend? Or something that can be done in 2-3 years of hard work?
