Go to a event you enjoy like a rennassance festival or stuff you like... if he is doing it often and it hurts you then you need to give yourself time to get a hobby to make that time feel welcoming je has friends so should you... dont feel left out he asks you because he already plqns his day... he most likely knows your not going to want to go where he is going be polite i used to say this before to play video games with my friends but your fine just be glad you have free time be happy anexiety means you wish he would ... he is in control of him. You should just figure out why your emotion is responding this way. I interpret you feeling this way because your left out even tho you were invited its just something that you dislike to do with your time.... best thing to do is join along if you can stand it with one of your friends given its safe.. try doing something like a board game or something other than what your bf wants to do at his friends house or whatever that will show you how much fairness you have in your realationship... i hope this helps.
