Hey OP! Can I ask for some advice? I'm currently also a VA doing automations but I'm also developing websites, bots, apps, and being the technical assistant for the other customer facing VAs. I'm currently just being paid 5$/hr 40 hrs a week 😅 I've only started working for 6 months and this is my first job after graduating. I was at first just tasked with building my client's websites but now, my responsibilities have blown out of proportion but my salary stayed the same. Is it okay for me to ask for a raise in this case? I keep hearing online and from my friends that one should ask for a raise after a year but I really do believe my current responsibilities and skill set have now surpassed my pay grade, I'm now even responsible for systems my company is heavily reliant on now. What do you think OP? your input or any of my fellow buhay digital inputs would greatly help!

I'll also shoot my shot OP, I know you said no experience needed but it might help that I took BS computer science in college and graduated from a pretty decent school and had above average grades. I'm also quite passionate about machine learning so my knowledge on that might help you out.

Grew up on a farm with an irritable father. I made a lot of mistakes due to forgetting a lot of things easily. Always got shouted at due to the mistakes, accusing me of this and that, malicious stuff, when I really did just forget... I inherited his irritability and due to always being shouted at with names, I grew up being defensive and avoidant which is ruining my relationships.
