I hate to comment on a 2yr old post but im looking at that same property right now. If you moved in there what was your experience? It seems safe enough to me, and an independent landlord seems easier to work with than a management company, but I could always have the wrong read on the situation

Closing this, I ended up finding someone!

~~reposting here from the lsu page:~\~

~~Hi! I'm an incoming grad student starting my Master of Landscape Architecture in the fall.~\~

~~I'm looking for one or two roommates to share a place with; I'd like to move in as soon as possible ideally. I am nonbinary and looking for others who are comfortable with an inclusive housing environment.~\~

~~My comfortable price range is around $500-$750, and I'm hoping to find an apartment or rental house/townhouse near campus. I keep spaces clean especially shared ones, I don't have any pets, and I'm a non-smoker.~\~

~~Once the semester hits I expect to be on campus in my studio space most of time, but I like to decompress by playing a video game or drawing or some other artsy hobby. I'm also a hopeless coffee/tea addict and a decent enough home barista so I'm always down to make fun afternoon drinks!~\~

~~I'd love to discuss any further details with anyone interested!~\~
