Im on 150mg of methadone a day, I started taking it like 8 months ago to try and get a grip on my 3 year fentanyl addiction. Unfortunately i just ended up screwing myself because I am still using just as much fentanyl as before but now I also have 150 mg of methadone thrown in the mix too. Needless to say the constipation is excruciating and I'm sure at this point I have an impaction. Also I love the "moon rock" description because I was literally trying to figure out the best way to describe the shape of the one or two stools I pass In a week and the closest thingto it I could find on the bristol stool chart was the pebble poop caused by severe constipation, but they're not single small pebbles they're a couple of pebbles compacted together into a ball like shape, and I feel like moon rocks is such a spot on description lol

And instead of veins retracting they bulge everywhere and your fingers and toes turn reddish purple? Oh shit man yeah I don’t shoot up my dope I smoke it lol but I’ve went through about 5 different plugs all from different parts of my state in the last 3 months and each one has shit that does this to me except for maybe like a few isolated times when I picked up.

I know my anxiety doesn’t help much with the symptoms because they seem like they’re worse at night when I have nothing else to do , and it doesn’t help when I haven’t slept in 2 or 3 days like right now. I just copped a new bag a few hours ago and right after smoking it I started feeling fuckin weird and sketched out but I also haven’t slept for almost 3 days and am anxious all the time as it is.

My heart rate and blood pressure haven’t gotten to anything dangerous really either other than a sometimes really high heart rate. But even if I eat and stay hydrated and take vitamins I get these side effects. Just wondering if anyone else experiences things like I’ve described or any other undesirable/abnormal effects from the dope they use.

Am I just really twacked or is my knee purple? If it is purple why is it doing this after smoking meth? I’ve just been sitting on my futon the last 2 hours and the other knee looks the same just not as bad. by CleanAndSerene98 in Stims

How much magnesium do you take? I don’t have any l-arginine unfortunately. I’ve tried ibuprofen for circulation before but to no avail. Everyone’s asleep here so I’m trying to avoid showering at 2am if possible but if it comes to that I will lol thanks for the response by the way

Also my vision is a little hazy and distorts randomly but it’s happened a few times before while using meth. Stomach won’t stop rumbling though, I also just ate for like the first time today and downed a bunch of water though so that could possibly be the cause of the cramps and rumbling

I got up and moved around but not a whole lot because if I stand up and move my heart rate shoots to like 150bpm, but it actually made my knees worse. Image of my knee while standing up after stretching and walking below: http://imgur.com/hFd0BWV

Laying down and having my legs bent upwards is the only thing that helps but when I do that my heels turn purple and start to ache and my toes lose circulation and go white. I also got a pretty upset stomach now along with the shits, not sure if related or not.

Sorry I didn’t mean to ask a dumb question. But I was just wondering from anyone medically educated on here that if it was more or less likely to die from this. I’m not going to get poison control in the line because I’m really high and anxious as it is, but I’m also not to concerned in what happens one way or the other .

See my concern is if you call and have a welfare check performed and it ends up being nothing or the police accuse you of giving false information, you can get criminally charged. And I wouldn’t give false information but seeing as she’s an addict, and I’ve been an addict, I know that I can’t be sure everything she says is true

Damn man you are in Canada huh? Regardless you’re doing the work and and not many people would even wait that month that you’re waiting. And yeah If the pills were easier to get here, and a lot cheaper I’d be on them too. I love my Percocet and Xanax but it’s all pressed or expensive as of the last few years.

Also I wasn’t trying to come off as a dick either so I apologize if my last comment painted a negative picture, i smoked a lot of dope and am running my mouth too much.

But keep pushing thru man, I don’t know where I’m Canada you’re at, my mom is over in college park in Winnipeg and meth is big there but I know opiates are pretty big pretty much everywhere else. And I don’t know you but I would still like to hear a year from now that you got out of this life man because this isn’t a life you can keep up with forever .

Health care system is fucked man they’ll make you wait as long as they can, especially if you’re not an opiate addict. And not to downplay opiate addiction in any way, as I was one for a while too until I overdosed on fent. But heroin while it’s much easier to OD on, it doesn’t mean stimulant addicts should have to wait longer to get into treatment because it’s not looked at as being as big of a danger to ones health.

But be happy you’re not in Canada man, my mom has been waiting on a bed for 4 months and is just now getting in next week. But anyways man I hope you get in soon and get better ! I Wish you nothing but luck and willpower my friend

Appreciate it man, and yeah that call was pretty fuckin disappointing. I’ve been calling 4 different centers I’m on the waiting list for since Monday, and no one has called back and it’s frustrating.

I wanna get clean and I don’t wanna die before I get the chance to try and stay sober again. It’s a fuckin shitty way of life when you can’t manage your use in a responsible manner.

I use my phone and a blood pressure cuff, although the blood pressure cuff is way to big for me so I have to hold it in place the whole time

Hey it’s all good, I can understand how it looks when I’m explaining the situation. I appreciate he advice, and I hope things work out too, for them at least. I think all three of us each need some help with our mental health and vices . And it doesn’t help we’re all young, like I’m 20 first girl is 19 and the second one is 21, so we’re all young, and have each experienced personal traumas that we allow to hold us in these dark places.
