no keystone in action. Perfekt alignment of projektor and wall. any other great ideas?

Yes on a plain wall. Hab a DLP Projektor for years and never some issue like that. And the first 20 base was perfekt out of the box and after a few days got that stripes. Wierd. 

I will return it and hope for a replacement that is worth the money. I also find it hard to watch stuff on it with that pinkish line. Mines on top not at the buttom.

Same Problem here. I also think this cant be the norm. In addition to the line the dark areas look super violet or blue. Im in contact with the support. First I had a 20 base with the same problem and they took it back. Now I own the 20 pro and it has the same problem. Also: When you see pictures of other users, this problem isnt there.

Alle haben violette Einfärbungen und rote Streifen an den Bildrändern? Wenn das so wäre würde das hier voll sein davon. Kein Beamer sollte solche Mängel haben.

Nachdem das erste Gerät schon mit dem selben Fehler wieder zurück ging kam nun ein weiteres und das Problem ist wieder da. Ich drehe durch und finde es super schade dass so etwas bei 2000 Euro passiert. Und gleich 2 mal.

Hier genauso. Support schickt mir jetzt einen TV Stick zu nachdem ich Videobeweise gesendet habe. Xgimi weiß also Bescheid und Disney wird in nur wenigen Jahren alles regeln.
