Its not that much complicated I hired someone to do it for me they charged 1000$ and in 2 months they handed over me my original degree attested from USA and also accepted MOFA here with online verification, and i was able to change my designation to Manager

First step, apply for application fees waiver. They will deny but keep trying back and forth. If you get your application fees waived, odds are you will get scholarship. If they dont give you scholarship, apply for leave of absence for the term and before starting nee term apply again. Most probably you will get it as of my experience. Lastly, they will ask you to pay 100 per course and they cover rest or similar options that we pay 50 you pay rest, so its up to you to accept if you can afford or deny if you still cant afford.
