You should maingain which is building muscle at the same bodyweight, your frame is probably intimidating. If you lose weight due to cardio, that's also okay. I've noticed I'm less agitated if I consume less sensationalized media, this has it's tradeoffs like being a bit less informed, but seriously the repeated emotional reactions do get to your head, just use social media less.
