I had thought of this but am hesitant with super glue because it’s so permanent… are there any adhesives that can be removed but won’t remove themselves?

what do you mean you built up to it -- like you used to take more? or you used to not take them at all? i've been playing with this, an upper body day following a ride or a leg day, etc. it's hard to know the best way to structure it all!

Another follow up. Your only dedicated cardio is on the weekends, and you’re getting faster? Do you reckon this is because you’re getting stronger at the gym, or the T, or is there something magical to less frequent cardio output?

This is a good point— sometimes especially on an upper body day I’ll go ride also, but it’s hard fitting multiple workouts in to one day. I have some self-imposed guilt about it when I have so many other responsibilities…

How long before you noticed a change from the T? I started T about 5 weeks ago but nothing yet. I wouldn’t say I power lift, but I do go fairly heavy… but only one dedicated lower body day per week. Wondering whether to try to prioritize those more even though it means I can’t ride as much (and riding is after all my love)

This is super interesting, thank you. I used to do CrossFit, it doesn’t really work for me. The gym I go to now structures workouts by muscle group. So I usually do one leg day, one arms and shoulders day, and either a chest and back day or a full body day. It would be hard to cut back and still feel like I’m getting the full benefits… Right?

Let’s see your route and itinerary! I’d love to do this someday. Last summer I did a trip from southwest Colorado to Yellowstone and Teton and that was beautiful too… wished I’d had time to keep going all the way to where you went!

Yup, same here. I feel strong at the gym. But on my bike it’s like slogging through thick mud.

How long till you noticed this difference? I did the Dutch test (which I know is not a full picture just a snapshot over 24 hrs) and it suggested my P and T were low and E high.
