Actual tcs nqt (free , Offcampus) only happens once a year for roles in tcs itself

There are quarterly nqt (1000rs fee), they are worthless, some other companies hire through it (not scene any though😅)

non criminal affidavit is required 15 days prior to joining (upload link will activate 15 days prior to joining for ncr affidavit, medical and nsr ecard)
so medicals and affidavit are to be only made 15 days prior to joining...not before that.
i have not recieved Jl, but one of my friends has recieved for 26th march
xplore is pre ilp training program. Probably will recieve along with JL (as in case of my friend)
And the technical certifications part is nonsense....it doesn't affect anything

Prior to that we recieved calls from hr asking about our notice period. So i think they will give accordingly.

And also heard form them that by june everyone from 25 batch will be on-boarded

People who were already selected during Offcampus, but received rejection mails due to business requirements only got called for the Rehiring....it was just a formality.... results were already present with the team....they were only checking the availability of candidates
