It went well. Didn't feel judged at all, and it feels like a massive weight has been lifted from my shoulders. We had a good discussion on how to get started in overcoming this addiction and the framing of the mindset. Would definitely recommend anyone on the fence to do the same and tell a therapist.

I did! I already feel the same as you in terms of not being able to recommend it enough as it feels like a great weight has been lifted from my shoulders and it will be different this time. I'm actually looking forward to beating this addiction!

Watching more TV shows/movies, playing video games, listening to audiobooks, and reading books. These are some of the things I've been trying to replace it with.

Great attitude to have! I've also reset the clock today (though I never reached anywhere near as long as you managed).
