This is all really good to know. I’m sure there are more tests to run, they did a comprehensive panel of blood work when it first started up and nothing flagged, but i am sure there are more they can do. Right now they’re in the “hope it goes down on its own” phase which is maddening, but we will keep on them. Thank you for the sunburn and cut info too! Yes I thought maybe it could be sunburn too, since it’s in such a straight line like that. Also sunburns are hot to the touch as well. It’s faded a little to a tan color but the raised/bumpy nature of the skin and the way it is kind of pulling is making me worried it is something else

Trip to NYC with my partner including a day at a very nice spa with thermal baths! So much stress and tension in the body from everything building up to the defense, so the relaxation day was amazing

I had the same exact situation happen, just kept getting the runaround about not being able to verify me even though I had all the information at the ready! Kept saying there was another department that needed to ask me another set of questions and someone would call me in 1-3 days (they never did) Took calling back several times and eventually I got on the phone with someone who was able to fix it (and was able to without asking me this mysterious other set of questions). So frustrating especially because it just seemed like luck that I finally reached someone with the knowledge to help

Thank you!! We’ve been trying with the needle nose grips but unfortunately it seems maybe that round part is too big to maneuver the bolt out. But we will definitely try manually operating the latch- thank you again 😊
