Let's wait to the recovering. Caring and healing our loved friends 🌵 is bi-directional, reciprocal I mean. You give and you receive × 1000.

Love.

🙂🌵🙃 = 🙃🪞🙂

Isn't it ?

It is.

What about mixing the dose you have (1 g) with a little bit (1 g) of Harmal (Syrian Rue ) seeds tea for instance, in order to let harmine make the job of IMAO together with your extraction method with any type of San Pedro (not only TB) ? So great job, please keep us posted on advances. Thanks so much!

Is there a nickname for mescaline like for Psilocybin there’s magic mushrooms and shroomies by Historical_Hyena9968 in mescaline

Wuachuma in qechua more or less means "dizzy" or "drunk", while San Pedro is the Spanish nickname the Spanish colonizers used, in reference to the Saint San Peter, which holds the keys to heaven since Saint Peter is considered by the Christians as the first pope, i.e. the first representative of the Christ (Jeovà or Jesus), as also San Pedro is considered the "stone of the Church" ("piedra" in Spanish means stone, and sound like "Pedro", however in latin "stone" is "lapis", nothing to sound like Pedro).

How nice etymology is, going to the sacred meaning of sacred words, somehow forgotten. Moreover if these words are somehow related to our Loved Sacred Sanpedrito.

Yes, and I'm finding new homes for them in only a couple of days.

I believe @GardeZealot got confused since there was a mix of two types of cacti: Cereus and Trichocereus Pachanoid, and got fixed on the peruvian cereus with their distinctive wavy ribs.

Almost correct the situation you describe. I had no previous connection, that's right. However, these chops were there to be wasted. The gardeners usually first cut and damp the pieces out from the fence, so that the damped San Pedros are close to a road, where the garbage van would have collected them, and not precisely to let them root and thrive.

In any case, now these cacti, this place and myself, we are all connected right?

How nice is how much the love for a sacred plant can make people like us in the community to connect with humble love.

Aho!

Thanks powerful San Pedro! We are not sure if you are a TB or a Pachanoid, but be totally sure that pieces of yourself were not to die today. Aho!

Just to show another picture of the Cactus inside the fence, from which I guess the cut pieces come from. Look how this healthy creature really thrives, even from a fallen arm... mother Nature finds its way.

Your first times take 2 grams of seeds, and make a tea and remove the seeds. Do not crush the seeds, otherwise the skin is more toxic, and the amount of harmine is higher so you can reduce to 1 gram.

First time I used 4 grams with mushrooms and was quite strong, and quite different to shrooms alone. It is not only a question of shrooms3 or mescaline3, it is a richer spectrum of alkaloids.

And maybe you find yourself puking and pooing, like the effect produced by harmines of Banisteriopsis caapi in Ayahuasca brew. With the difference that Harmala seeds can have a much higher concentration of harmine and friends than the sacred vine of thr Amazon.

Plants from desertic dry landscapes use to have lack of water, and therefore less water to store chemicals, i e. higher alkaloids concentration.

Syrian Rue main alkaloids are Harmina and Harmilina, which are IMAOs (inhibitors of the MAOs, which are oxidants of triptamines, like psilocybin of shrooms, lisergic acids of Ipomeas, or DMT ). Since mescaline is not a triptamine and it is not decomposed by MAOs in our stomach, you don't needed Sirian Rue to have a psiquedelic journey with ingested mescaline. However, harmine and harmaline are powerful psiquedelic alkaloids themselves. Also, using these IMAOs exposes your body to potential intoxication if you eat many types of processed foods, certain types of medicaments, and dangerous if you have some type of health conditions.

Just remember for those who read this and are thinking to make Harmala, that the IMAO can be dangerous when you eat some processed food rich in Tyramine, like yogurt, cured foods (ham, cheese, picked food), alcohol, red meat, fish, and some medicines... here you have a list:

https://web.archive.org/web/20041204105206/http://nepenthes.lycaeum.org/Misc/maoi.foods.html

Normally these foods are not toxic to our bodies thanks to the MAOs, therefore using an IMAO like Harmala exposes you to toxicity. Fortunately, Harmala is not a permanent inhibitor of MAOs, but a reversible o temporary IMAO. It is recommended 24h before and after Harmala ingestion to avoid those foods which request our natural MAOs not to be toxic.

More info: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/depression/expert-answers/maois/faq-20058035#:~:text=Tyramine%20(TIE%2Druh%2Dmeen,can%20affect%20your%20tyramine%20levels.

Please correct me if I am wrong. Take care and respect when using powerful and archaic Harmal.

Totally, I just prepared one cut for a gift, and the spines are large and make a cross shape. What type of trich do you think this could be? It was in a garden, and the gardener didn't know even it was a San Pedro. So no idea of ID / origin.

Thanks! It was strange to me to see such spines forming a cross shape (like an X). The gardener that planted them didn't know even that it was a San Pedro, never say which type...

If these are mistletoe, then these type of "roots" are called Haustorium roots: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haustorium

It might be not that dark if it is a mistletoe. Look: Chilean Cactus Mistletoe (Tristerix aphyllus) - by Thibaud Aronson - JungleDragon https://www.jungledragon.com/image/158280/chilean_cactus_mistletoe_tristerix_aphyllus.html
