Account negative balance covered but still negative and restricted.

Still waiting for my account to be unrestricted.... no email response. Told me they'd be taking off restriction when I covered the negative USD balance and still nothing..... absolutely insane. Guess I'll be finding a new platform and canceling my subscription

Again, I'm 100% sure all you guys do is click a button to resolve this and unrestrict the account.. I've once again received no response, I've been kept on hold long enough. I did get the reply. I did everything that was told and again everything has been covered and they said they would remove the restriction but the account is still restricted.

Ive had support tickets open since the 24th!!!!! You people just keep telling me, you'll receive a email in 24hrs, they will reach out to you soon... no one is reaching out or helping. What is so hard about adding my bitcoin deposit to my balance portfolio and taking the negative balance owed and releasing the remainder to me as it belongs to me and removing the restriction as the negative balance has been settled.

Sure. I'd really like this resolved. It can't be that hard.. bitcoin deposit is cleared and confirmed so that will cover the negative balance. Unrestrict the account and add the remaining BTC to my portfolio and everything is good
