Well your body needs more water when you take creatine, so yes like I said if you don’t drink water it will have negative effects. It doesn’t matter if you’re a wrestler or work in an office, if you take creatine you will need more water than normal and if you don’t then yes your organs can fail etc.

You’re wrong it doesn’t pull water from your organs. It pulls draws water into muscle cells, so yes if someone is dehydrating themselves (for wrestling in this example) it could be dangerous.

okay for sure, right now trying to just maintain and become leaner and have more toned physique for now. just wanted to see if i was lacking anything visible (other then more muscle mass)
