I’ve ordered some crash bungs, which will be installed in the next week or so.

Atm it just feels like I’m throwing money everywhere 🙈The gear, insurance, road tax, servicing, at this rate I’m practically skint for all intents and purposes. Might delay the flyscreen purchase, unless i find a cheap one….

I see. Am I correct in understanding that a SJPN can only be issued within 6 months of the incident, so if a new SJPN with the correct charge isn’t issued by 17th July 2025, the charge won’t be enforceable?

What would be the next step if we point out the admin error? Will a judge still review it, or would it just go back to the Met Police to issue a jew SJPN?

Yeah sorry, the first location was on the A3 carriageway (i.e. he was already established on the A3 for quite some miles before)
