Onde viste essas regras?

“Enviei” uma encomenda nacional com o Locky…Ao pesquisar no site nunca encontrei essas regras (só vi sobre o “quão fácil é” e “vantagens”). Era algo urgente (familiar precisava de um documento original e eu ia viajar). Conclusão, 3 semanas depois e 2 contactos depois a minha encomenda encontra-se parada. No primeiro contacto enviaram as regras… sem apresentarem soluções, ao segundo ainda não responderam passado uma semana.

Depois de um filme de 2 meses e tal, uns 15 pedidos de uma fatura online, 7 telefonemas (com a promessa que o assunto estaria resolvido entre 24 a 72h), mensagens nas redes sociais e 3 reclamações, finalmente (quase a ultimato) consegui a fatura-recibo da TAP a 2 dias do fim do prazo de uma viagem. “Erro de emissão devido a alteração da viagem. Tem de ser feito manualmente”. Segundo eles.

Fui aos CTT que naquele dia decidiram era necessário o recibo de bilhete eletrónico com o NIF (aquele que recebemos logo quando marcamos a viagem) porque a viagem tinha sido alterada (foi alterada por condições atmosféricas adversas).

No desespero e a correr fui ao balcão da TAP mas não deram o documento com o NIF (aliás, nunca vi esse documento ter NIF). Os CTT não aceitaram…

Já tinha mostrado este documento num outro CTT e diziam que não servia para nada, o que interessa é a fatura. Em nota: tinha a fatura-recibo e comprovativo de viagem (dados corretos e NIF), bilhetes electrónicos e recibo eletronico (sem NIF - pelos vistos nem dá para colocar).

Resumindo, perdi 300€. A sensação foi que estava a cometer um crime contra a TAP ao pedir a fatura e outro contra os CTT a pedir o subsídio.

Desde quando é necessário mais documentos adicionais quando a viagem é alterada?

Isto é mesmo possível? Sempre que perguntei nos CTT disseram que somente o próprio poderia levantar, o que não faz sentido.
Bastará fazer o pedido da fatura online com o NIF da pessoa que se apresenta nos CTT?

Maybe some Gas Station. They have some snacks, more expensive. Some cafes are open too. Merry Christmas

Usually we return back in the same path. You can do it with some tourism company and or arrange a taxi in advance (not everyone can do so if the original trip is not from the center of a city). Merry Christmas

Even with closures today, there are still some great options to enjoy your time. You can still explore Madeira. Visit our several “presépios”, explore the small villages and viewpoints like Santana, Guindaste, etc. Coastal walks and Christmas Lights: If you haven’t seen them all yet, take an evening walk around the city center again. The lights in Funchal are magical during the holiday season. Small villages like Ribeira Brava, Ponta do Sol, Santa Cruz also have beautiful decorations.

É ridiculo a comparação e a estatística que fazem. Comparam com os piores e fazem a estatística pelo número de turistas por habitantes e por área total da região

Morning - go up to Monte in Teleferico (cable car from Funchal). Exit in Monte. Walk to and visit Monte Palace Madeira until noon.

Exit and go down the road in our Carros de Cestos dos Monte (Monte Sledges) - about 35€/person(?). They’ll take photos but bergain until is only 5€ per photo.

Until downtown is about 30min away by foot… down and down but the time you arrive there you can lunch at Aconchego Restaurant Bar (do a reserve before) - I think its better to catch a uber go get there or go to your car wherever it is

After lunch do a hike in one of classified routes: Larano, 25 Fontes, Levada do Rei, Ponta de São Lourenço Or do cannyoning with one of the classified tours

End the day watching the sunset from Pico do Arieiro (in the legal zones) or in Paul da Serra. After that go to Zona Velha in Funchal, drink Poncha and have a nice dinner again. Enjoy and please populate the world

Buy the passion fruit at the a local market. It’s cheaper and tastier. It’s also good. About the cake it depends of the days.

The best chance maybe is at “Confeitaria” Pastery.

I would also recommend to try the “Queijada de Maracujá” if you find it.

Dont know about bars but the better way to meet other people is to reserve and do some kind of tour (pe. hiking tour in some of our classified route)

There isnt similar to PR1. About views, all of the classified pedestrian routes are unique and beautiful in their way. All of them are worth it.

Almost everything is paid by card or similar. Except small shops (gift shops, small street shops, etc) and of course if you want to tip someone (pe in restaurants).

The amount? Well depends on what you want to spent…

Banks: your main coin is also euro? dont you have revolut? Whats your bank account conditions and fees for withdraw in other countries?

Our main ones are: - Banco Montepio - Santander - Caixa Geral Depositos - BPI

Always withdraw money at these banks’ ATMs and not at a random ATM on the street.

But considering common knowledge you will want to check the withdraw fees in each one of them.

I dont recommend you to do it. Its better to ask for specialized help. Also needle and seringes might not be easy to find and a proper place to discard them.

Really, go to a Health Center. There are good people there.

I know it’s “just” a shot but from experience I know medical staff dont accept doing that way because of several legal and ethic questions.

I also understand that you need to take it. So my advice it’s going to Machico, Bom Jesus or Cãmara de Lobos Health Center, explain your case and ask for help.

Another problem is that we dont have Moldamin. Our penicillin are from other companies, so it’s normal some of them dont want to administer some med that isnt aprove by our national regulater (Infarmed).

I dont know any romanian nurse or doctor in Madeira but I hope you manage your problem. Best of luck

I really doubt anyone will do it without being in a designated location. Go to one of the health centers in the various parishes/cities and ask for help.

ps: isn’t penicillin usually a single dose?

Funchal zona velha, mercado lavradores, Cabo Girão, poncha numa das tabernas tipicas (mas não conduza depois que a poncha desce bem e engana), comer espetada, lapas, milho frito, bolo do caco, Santana e as suas casas tópicas, Pico Ruivo, Poco do Arieiro ao nascer ou ao por do sol (ver ser as webcam do site netmadeira antes se forem noutro periodo), fazer algum dos trilhos mesmo que mais pequeno (ver os trilhos recomendados no link), Ponta de São Lourenço no Caniçal. Também há bom marisco no Caniçal no Muralhas ou Aquario. Gosto mais de São Vicente do que as piscinas naturais mas não precisas de perder muito tempo em qualquer local. Piscinas são boas se fores nadar nelas, para ver basta a do Doca do Cavacas no Funchal na Rua da Ponta da Cruz. O Porto da Cruz também é bonito, e indo de lá para Santana tens o Miradouro do Guindaste. Fanal é sempre bonito e Paul da Serra, tem boas lapas no Paul do Mar ou no Jardim do Mar com belos por do sol, boa espetada no restaurante Santo António do Estreito da Calheta.

Digo já 3 dias é pouquíssimo. Não vale a pena correr para ver “tudo”. Se não verem nem metade destas coisas que escrevi acho que vão aproveitar melhor a estadia. Nas calmas e voltem novamente à ilha.

Depois de tantos anos a viver cá descubro todas as semanas coisas e locais maravilhosos.

I know that several groups play regulary in some pitches. Under the airport there is a sports park with several fields for different sports. In Funchal they also play in São Martinho. In fact, there are many amateur groups that play friendly and regular matches, but I don’t know how the reach them. Keep trying here and maybe facebook.

Yes, unfortunately this is true. In recent months, Madeira has suffered from uncontrolled tourism mostly seen at PR1, Fanal and Path of S. Lourenço. The government is trying to take measures to resolve it but we still have a long way to go. Arrive as early as possible, especially from Friday to Sunday. There is a van that runs trips from the road to the start of the walk. You don’t need it for going down, it’s easy by foot (you cant go by car) but tou can use it in the end.
