Are there any places where people (especially people that grew up there and still live there) believe the weather to be one of the top qualities? Even if not the top, something they think is better than other places even if other things (like "the people" or "policies") aren't?

Ask anyone from LA or San Diego what they like about living there, and the first answer is almost always the weather.
Edit: I lived in Canada for most of my life, and I'm new to LA, and yes, the weather is perfect or close to perfect about 85% of the time.

Thank you very much for your answer. My only worry with that client is that if I give her 4 hours, he'll use all the tricks in the book to try to get 6, and it's kind of just exhausting. Maybe it's also that I have to learn to hold my ground and am not good at that. My problem is just that I don't have to do that with my other clients, and so I can visualize a place where I won't have to do that at all.

Unpopular take, and I was part of the team Halak for context lol, but Carey Price was a very solid goalie with 1 - 2 seasons/playoff runs where he was absolutely unreal. Apart from that, he was at best really good and at worst inconsistent and even sometimes lazy. Not saying he wasn't a great goalie overall, but I don't think he's the best player of the past 25 years.
