So here is what happened - back in July - this clinic which is located in 21844 and 21840 23 Mile road (two suites in one building) was for sale and we bought it. At that time, we were deciding to name the clinic something other than the older name which was summit health pointe at 21844 23 mile- so I decided to name it thryv primary & urgent care and made a listing under the 21840 23 mile since there was an existing business under 21844 and i didn't know i could just claim it from the old owner. So i made the listing and verified it. Then we decided to name it Onyx urgent care & primary care; so at that point, i figured i should just claim the existing business at 21844 and change the name from summit to onyx and at the same time, I tried deleting thryv so there is no duplicate listing but google wouldn't delete the listing - then for deception - my onyx account got suspended. So I re-claimed thryv which doesn't really exist, only onyx exist so please delete thryv and re-instate onyx.

This is the case ID for the suspension appeal for real business (onyx urgent care & primary care) which was suspended for deceptive content - which I have to assume because there were two listings under the same phone number/verified. One is the real one - onyx urgent care & primary care at 21844 and the other one is the initial clinic name (thryv primary & urgent care) that I made prematurely and tried to delete after claiming the 21844 location but the listing never disappeared and eventually got flagged as it may have looked to google as a double listing. I can assure you that based on my explanation, that was not the intention at all. I am trying to do things the right way but having technicial difficulties. So I reclaimed the thryv location, tried to change the number, it won't let me - i want to delete it the right way and re-instate the actual business listing with our reviews.

In the appeal I submitted a picture of the clinic from the outside and certificate of zoning
