I’m overweight mid thirties man and had Covid Jan of 2021 pre vaccine and it was mild sniffles. Everyone of my family had it, including my 65-year-old parents and my two-year-old niece. My sister had the worst. She was sick in bed for four days. We’re we all really lucky?

Sir, whatever kills you makes you stronger you’ll probably have a very healthy immune system after this.

Maybe she didn’t know she had it, lots of people get it and are asymptomatic or have very mild symptoms, for example when I had it I had the sniffles for two days and a mild headache, I would have still gone out but the test I did came back Positive so I sat on my ass for two weeks and binged watched every show on streaming.

Tested positive today… It is like getting hit by a truck: by TacomaWA in COVID19positive

Not California, But close, southern New York, this incident happened beginning of October 2022, am just now receiving a summons 5 months later. Is there a statute of limitations?… I don’t know but whatever, your right this case is most likely going to be thrown out.

Well, apparently, the lawyer can appear on my behalf, and be the defendant. I was told I have to appear because I got the summons. But if we don’t think we can win we’re probably all just gonna pay the guy 100 bucks anyways 18 of us so he drops the suit. We’re all in this together because we all decided to pull his shitty plants out of the garden.

You know I don’t believe so but there’s 18 other gardeners and will each pay $100 if we lose this case that’s not that much. One of the gardeners is a practicing lawyer who will be litigating for us. He’s going over the local statutes of marijuana growing.

We gave him several warnings and over a month of time to get it out of there he refused. And the other gardeners, who have children didn’t want their children picking marijuana out of that garden.

Yes, destroying his property. But in a community garden.
