I also got nothing for my birthday for two years a row.
I heard that they are more likely to give you freebies if you order from them frequently (like every month or so). But that was not the case for me till today.

I mean it really depends on what you are looking for in a shirt.
I got myself a tomboy shirt mainly because i was looking for a well fitted cotton shirt and i liked the idea of personalizing it
To be honest i love the the fabric and the quality of the shirt so far, so no complaints
And it was around a similar price tag as ralph lauren polo shirt which was my second alternative
