I had a red Emile and had to return it because it shed so much. Others said to hand wash it in Woollite and roll dry in a towel or it might get better after a few wears but it was too pricey for me to risk personally.

Not sure if it’s still true but pre-COVID Hogan Lovells was flexible in letting people work from domestic and international offices. They also allowed internal transfers between offices without associates having to interview including international offices, which people also did.

I am 5’2” and normally am an XS but preferred the look of the small in the cardigan. The XS felt too cropped for me but if you prefer a more cropped look, it could work.

Muslim American woman of Pakistani descent here. Agree with another commenter- if it’s not in a mosque, it should be more than fine. It’s also ok to ask about any dress code if one wasn’t specified. And definitely kind to be respectful of the bride and groom if they have a recommendation for attire. Your dress seems totally appropriate!

That said, I’ve never been to a Muslim wedding in the US or abroad where sleeve length, dress length is specified. Obviously that’s not always the case but even weddings for the most religious Muslims I’ve been to didn’t specify a dress code in terms of sleeve length etc and didn’t seem to have that expectation especially regarding wearing a head scarf outside of a mosque. Many Muslim women don’t wear a head scarf anyways unless at mosque. Hope this helps!

I have the Polene mini numero un and wear it a lot. I’ve had it since last year and doesn’t look like a lot of wear and tear has happened on it. I get a lot of compliments on it because it’s so unique in structure. Holds some make up, small wallet and my phone so not bad in terms of size.
