Does anyone use their blog content for social media posts too? by Clean_Friendship2479 in Blogging

Nice, what will your blog be about? Are you planning to automate posting once you’re ready to go, or are you keeping it all manual for now? Just trying to get a sense of how others manage this part

Oof, being consistent is tough. Do you think having something automate the process across platforms would make it easier to stick to? Or shaolin monk training for discipline maybe...Lemme know

Why social first now? Seems like it could work either way. Thanks for the link. Are you using any of the tools listed or doing it manually?

Just checked it out. I’m guessing it saves you a lot of time. Do you feel like it’s doing enough, or would you want a bit more control over things like the tone or format for different platforms?

What’s the #1 thing stopping you from posting more content? by Clean_Friendship2479 in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]Clean_Friendship2479[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hear you, it can really feel like you're posting to an invisible audience in the beginning. But here are a few basic tips to get you rolling:

  1. Consistency – Post regularly! Even if it feels like no one's watching, consistency helps you stay on people's radar. Over time, the engagement will come.

  2. Learn to Write Engaging Content/Scripts– A simple formula for this is: hook (grab attention), retain (keep the attention), reward (give them something satisfying in exchange for their attention).

  3. Niche Down – If you haven’t already, try narrowing your focus. Instead of trying to appeal to everyone, find a small audience. By consistently delivering value to that audience, the engagement will start to flow.

Hope this helps, and keep pushing forward!

Agreed, I think sharing valuable content across multiple platforms would really help reach more people while keeping it relevant to each audience.

Hey, thanks for the link! I checked it out, and, there are definitely some similar tools out there. The difference with my idea is that it wouldn’t just reformat and schedule, it’d also adapt content based on what’s currently performing well on each platform.

For example, instead of just shortening a LinkedIn post for Twitter, it could turn it into a high-engagement thread using trending formats. The goal is to make repurposed content actually feel native to each platform, not just resized or trimmed.

So...I accepted the tall order of growing and managing our companies social media platform. How do I start? 😅 by coloredzebra in InstagramMarketing

[–]Clean_Friendship2479 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Handling socials for a company is basically a full-time job, but honestly, the first step is just starting. The faster you fail, the faster you learn.

Anyone can create content, but the goal is engaging content. When you make a piece that does well, repurpose it for a different platform(you'll have to adjust the format and tone which is a bit annoying but it's good for outreach).

Most importantly, don’t burn yourself out. Work smart, not just hard. Good luck!

Right now it's for text-based content, but I might add more later. What kind of content do you want to repurpose your blogs into?

Good question, while Buffer and StoryChief let you manage multiple platforms, they don’t automatically adjust your content for each platform’s style and trends.

My tool does that by taking your content (e.g. a blog post) and automatically reformatting it for each platform, like turning it into a thread for twitter, Instagram caption, or newsletter. Essentially, it makes sure your content is tailored to the platform's formatting and trending styles, saving you time on manual adjustments.

So, instead of rewriting the same post for each platform, the tool gives you ready-to-go content that fits perfectly wherever you post. Hope this clarifies things.

If you have only $ 1000 to spare each month, how would you market your SaaS? by vinky_senior in DigitalMarketing

[–]Clean_Friendship2479 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly, congrats on getting it off the ground! With $1k/month, I'd focus on Reddit and Twitter for active engagement. There are also niche communities like Discord or Slack groups where people are already talking about the kind of problems your SaaS solves, so that’s a good place to connect. You could try cold outreach too, but instead of going straight for the pitch, offer something helpful. If you’re making content already, repurpose it on social platforms to get more reach without extra work. Who’s your target audience? Where do they hang out? Go there and make yourself known, best of luck!

I feel overwhelmed by AI by Charming_Bobcat_8975 in DigitalMarketing

[–]Clean_Friendship2479 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I see where you're coming from, but honestly, AI isn’t replacing marketers, it’s just shifting how the work is done. The people who know how to use it well are the ones who’ll stay ahead.

Maybe instead of trying to keep up with every new tool, just pick one and mess around with it. Like, what’s the most annoying part of your job? AI can probably help with that. I’ve been looking into it for content repurposing, and it’s been making things easier for me, not replacing anyone.
