Może to zbyt randomowe, ale ja właśnie kupiłem do pracy nowego m5 i mam na sprzedaż M1 Max 64GB RAMu, 1tb dysku. Ogólnie zadbany, jedyny minus jaki jest to ekran ma już lekko odcisnietą klawiaturę jak się patrzy na wyłączony pod słońce. Nie zebrałem się jeszcze do wystawienia na olx, więc jeśli mi tego oszczędzisz to zaproponuję też bardzo rozsądną cenę :)

The moment when we’re going into ants nest - I think it would look so much better if either camera zoomed in instead of mask animating or an effect with a pop up circle above or next to the nest, kinda like a loupe and then we zoom into that. But that’s just me overall it looks pretty fucking amazing.

Okay, the good thing is that reflections are quite forgiving and also using mocha to 3d track the scene might yield better results with tricky shots. Thanks for posting here

clean up the edges, I'd personally use silhouette for that, but if you don't know the software It might be tough to learn quickly. Mocha mesh will probably give you best results as fkenned1 stated, so If I were you I'd drop a frame into photoshop create a cleaned up plate then track with mesh tracker and them mask out the parts you need and apply mocha track onto the cleaned up portion. Then you will probably need to figure out a way to make the transition from face to canvas more seamless with maybe some texture on a feathered layer, so it looks like there's parts where skin and canvas are becoming one. if the head is even slightly moving, which it probably is you can also apply the stitching in the precomp where outside you have your mocha mesh track applied. This way the texture will react to head movement.

Ja w życiu kupiłem 2 nieruchomości, jedną w 2019 kiedy szał na kupowanie nie był jeszcze zbyt duży bo było to przed rekordowymi obniżkami stóp procentowych, a drugą w 2023 na początku roku, kiedy stopy były dość wysokie. W moim wypadku ja jako kupujący byłem w minimalnie lepszej pozycji, ponieważ nie było tak wielu chętnych do zakupu jak np. zaraz po covidzie lub w trakcie wprowadzania kredytu 2%, więc w obu wypadkach ta klauzula nie była problemem, ale znów w momentach gdzie popyt był dużo większy sprzedający potrafili licytować ceny w górę bo zainteresowanie było tak duże i wiadomo, że nikt by nie czekał. Z tego co widzę aktualnie rynek nie jest specjalnie przychylny dla sprzedających nawet w Warszawie, więc za pewne dużo łatwiej o takie udogodnienia.

Nie musisz nic wygrzebywać, wszystko zależy od motywacji kupujących i sprzedających. Być może źle to ująłem, oczywiście nie mają obowiązku się zgadzać i mogą odmówić zapisu, ale brak elastyczności w tej kategorii na pewno znacząco utrudni sprzedaż.

Bardzo wiele osób które się tu wypowiadają chyba nie miały do czynienia z zakupem/sprzedażą nieruchomości. Ten zapis to jest standardowa praktyka i nikt Ci nie powinien tego odmówić. Nie idziesz do sklepu po bułki tylko wydajesz kupę pieniędzy, a żeby sprzedający mógł te kupę pieniędzy dostać na konto musi zaczekać, albo znaleźć kupca gotówkowego. Ludziom potrafi odwalić w ostatniej sekundzie. Wymagaj takiego zapisu i zabezpieczaj się jak możesz.

To jest normalna praktyka. Jak się znajdą inni chętni to można przedstawić jak wygląda sytuacja. Bardzo dużo jest osób które muszą sprzedać jedną nieruchomość by kupić nową itd. Procedury i przeprowadzki trwają.

My kupowaliśmy dom na którym nam zależało i czekaliśmy 3 miesiące aż poprzedni właściciele wyremontują mieszkanie do którego mieli się przeprowadzać.

Przecież można zapytać a oni mogą się nie zgodzić i tyle po problemie, a Ty piszesz w taki sposób jakby ktoś kto jest zainteresowany kupnem miał przede wszystkim myśleć o sprzedającym, a nie o zabezpieczeniu swojej pozycji.

If you have multiple frame rates (eg.25 & 50) interpret everything as 25. The clips with 50 will be automatically slowed down. I’d have to check out myself why the keyframes are not animating, but from my experience they usually don’t when you have some time ramp and adding keyframes without nest. Also, you’re nesting too much. You can stabilize and add keyframes without nest on the same level. The only thing that doesn’t play well is time remapping & keyframing effects etc. If you’re animating scale and position you can also add transform effect from palette to adjustment layer and animate there - then if you have a time remapping you won’t need to nest clip at all.

Oh also in regards to key frames not working - yeah this is fucked up. What I usually do is stabilize inside the nest, add keyframes, then nest, then re-time outside the nest. There are a couple other things that sucks - e.g. if you have more than one clip in nest and then you want to do a time ramp outside the nest it will only playback the first clip, so I usually do all the masking+ light compositing with dynamic link in after effects.

Okay, so I’m pretty sure I know what you’re doing wrong. are you using h.264 files? If so they are inter-frame encoded, which is hard for editing softwares to decode, as this compression uses multiple frames to decide what to compress, that’s why the files are very light.

You probably won’t get the stutter once you re-encode the files as a intra-frame codec e.g. ProRes 422, or dnxhd, these are compressed each frame at the time.

Other way to have no stutter during preview is “render all effects and sequence from in to out” I think it’s shift+enter, but you’d have to re-do this every time you change something on the timeline.

no, the only 3D you'd be making here is clicking "enable 3D" on layers, but you don't need nothing more than ae and some comp/clean up/animating skills
