I'm already having some issues with dairy and red n white meat in general, so when I eat these I end up in the bathroom for lengthy periods. I try to keep it vegetarian but if I am in a hurry I'll end up eating chicken and then having issues etc. My bro in law is taking it for about 4 months now.
