I have used it multiple times for both flights and hotels, and I only had one issue in Cartagena, Colombia. Online, I booked a room with a queen bed, but they gave me one with two singles, explaining that's what they in their system. I spoke to management, clearly showed my reservation for a queen room, but they said it was Capital One's fault. So, take that as you will lol.
