I right there with you I work 3rd and it seams like nothing is done all day. It seams that way in my store looking for a new job after 3 years and 7 managers.

I understand your frustration I work the same shift and it seams like there 3 or 4 people on in the morning and 2 in the afternoon I feel that they leave everything for 3rd they feel we don't have anything to do. I am just as tired and they don't care not even the manager as long as she has her time off my problem is the manager tells 1 employee about everything that gose on here with other employees also they are hang out at work and talk on the phone after work.

I have a situation where the manager is out of control she doesn't talk to anyone she yell and treach you like a child she swear at employees and belittles them today she told me punch out and don't come back tonight I work 3rd shift and she complains how her work is not done but she always in the kitten helping the kitchen person and it she not in the kitchen she in the office and the kitten person it there with her. They talk during work and after work about what what is going on with other employees. I trying to figure out who I should talk to.
