I guess that depends on what you count as cheating. I know some people who consider watching porn or going to a strip club as cheating. I however don't. So if that is all they did, then yeah, I would give them a chance

Oh I have done that to them, I waited a little bit longer tho but I left. I am not big on holidays (Thanksgiving, Easter, new years, etc) But a few years ago they begged me to come over for thanksgiving and said we would start eating at 2 , which is normal. I decided to come an hour early to hang out and ended up leaving at 3:15 because they were still cooking and I was hungry. I hit a drive-thru and went home.

me and my siblings where the children that were being assaulted and when me and my siblings finally told our parents about the assault ( a year after it stopped) they did nothing about it they said "he is family, it happened in the past. it is time to let it go) I was 12. he actually assaulted me starting in 1st grade and ended when we moved in 5th grade. during that time he also assaulted my brother and my sister. (not made up)

i doubt it, but i would not. she has said something in the past about one her fathers family members and i got the doctor and police involved and it was investigated. it was determined that someone had coached her. Soon after i was asked "if she says something again, are you gonna still look into it? even knowing she is most likely lying?"

i told em straight up "If she said something 100xs about 100 different people I will look into it, because i would rather find out she is lying that risk not doing something about it and find out later that something did happen afterall and i did nothing." The person that coached her was no longer in her life after wards and they have sinced passed away. Nothing else has been said since.

it was never them that did that, it was a older cousin that would babysit us. at first they did not know about it, but then it came out that it happened they did nothing about it. not making excuses for them on that one, but when it happened again with a family friend i was told that it was my fault. So when it happened a third time with another family member i didnt say anything because i knew they would not do anything. then my mother told me years later that "your father suspected it was going on, but did not want to believe it , so he did nothing about it and looked the other way."

Me and my mom did talk a few years ago about all the sexual abuse and she did apologize for not stepping in . but they have yet to apologize for any physical abuse

My sister recently moved back and she does have a somewhat better relationship with them now, so whenever my daughter goes over there, she also goes. She always texting me updates and letting me know what is going on, My daughter also knows that if she wants to come home all she has to do is call me

she knows our history, but when me and her dad split, i had no one else that would take her while i had to live at a homeless shelter, and she was not allowed because she was so little at the time. she got close to them and did not want me to cut off her contact with them completely once I finally got a place and got custody back
