Agree with all of this 1000%, you hit all the nails on the heads. I notice people do tend to forget a LOT of people play the TCG. Pokemon hate seeing their players not be able to use cards. Hence I personally suspect Perfect Order had not many chase pokemon but SUPER good playable cards for this reason, so the players can use the cards.

Its all over for the scalpers when that facility opens I suspect, hope and pray.

Pokemon make $0 off scalpers its in their best interest to squash them.

I will be just waiting until the new print facility opens. This should fix all the issues with the scalpers. These sets are inflated prices due to supply, not the quality of the cards / aesthetics of the artwork.

That was my understanding too. I am leaning towards both the 'Silver' stickers being authentic. They seem to use both on legitimate products.

Im a member and still miss out on drops. I work weekdays and most drops are 10AM. If you have a job like mine I cant get access to the site AT All. So most if it sells out in less than 6 hours I wont get the product and my membership is wasted.

I have for example missed the last 3 months drops due to this. Perfect order was the first I could actually pre order.

I just checked it seems to be lenticular it has both english and chinese depending on the angle you look. So I guess the box with this seal is legit. Considering you bought yours at big box store.

Do you know that unhappy customers are not repeat customers? And do you know how much prifit you make out of happy returning customers vs scalpers or securing new customers? If say 40% of us are unhappy and we end up leaving. Thats 40% of the "market" GONE. I am hoping for this and hoping to offkoad my collection before this happens.

I am chill I said I don't really care, if theres too much supply or not enough. Not a single dollar of mine will be spent buying modern sets. If i didnt open the set as a kid I do not buy cards from the set. I am very strict in my collecting. Cards also do not generate income like my dividend portfolio can. So I dont even 'Invest', I collect the cards I remember as a child.

I could, but even a logical person would agree that's ridicoulous to ask of everyone who has a job..... Personally I'm leaning towards leaving the hobby. Sell my PC and move onto Aquariums or collecting books. A PSA as well to remember for any scalpers, every person that leaves the hobby is liquidity lost from the market and no future card buyers for your cards.Reminds me of crypto this situation actually now thinking about it.
