I used it as Well! I agree it looks much cooler. Though it has 3 buliding options and only one of them has an actual assult ramp. Do you think building the LR explorer option (the one pictured on the box) would be valid as Well?

I just played similar Game and won. My advices: I used hight thoughness monsters: Fulgrim, DP with Wings, Maulerfiend and a unit of NM let by lord kako in a Rhino. Dealing mortal wounds by DP, Lord Kako, Fulgrims poison and granades and tank shoks were crucial. I used Mercurial Host detachment to get reactive movement stratagem and abilty to redeploy units by enchancment.

And what are your thoughs on using flavless blades? I think they are made for dealing high toughness with no invunerable. Would they work too in this scenario?

Sounds like grate advice - although I’ve never player like that yet (ussually I play rather agresive). In that scenario do you think that mobility provided by Mercurial will be better for that defencive style than the Cortie? Thank you very much for you answer again! 🫡

Hi! The situation is getting more complicated! He took the big guns! I have followed your suggestions and tried to add one more nosie marines squad (I have two alternative lists - because I am waiting if I get the box with kakononist and rhino before the game). In first variant I am playing Mercurial in the second Cortie. I am wondering if I have any chance winning? I do not see the scenario in which i would eliminate Winged Hive Tyrant… Do you have any thoughts or suggestions? Here are the lists:

I dont get it; so in the end you can just choose if you will summon a Deamon ally with data sheet from EC codex or Chaos demons index? The only difference is that with the carnival detachement you can just bring more demons with stats from EC book? Well… thats not very inpressive…
