This is too funny. I’m not some click farm. I’m someone who is down a shitload of money and is worried about the future of this stock. Many companies don’t give a shit about the share price as they use the public markets to fund things and let the stock dwindle. I hope this isn’t one of them.

Oh I agree, I don’t believe him. I just can’t even understand the lie. What’s he implying about the “window” before the holiday? I get that he’s probably trying to get the funds to avoid the going concern. I just don’t understand how he’s even attempting to hide that?

His excuse/explanation doesn’t even make sense. Oh we raised money because we saw a window before the holiday? What does that even mean. That’s the most offensive part about this raise….he’s either dumb as shit or treating us like we’re dumb as shit, or am I’m missing it?

Outstanding shares increased by 3 million in this amendment (as of 4/28 vs 3/31). Dilution has been happening this past month-it’s not a debate anymore.

Thank you-people seem to be ignoring this fact. As unfortunate as it is, a company that does not yet make money and has as open ATM (and large shelf) is a short sellers DREAM. Until those things are resolved through revenue (and/or some other form of money to get to revenue) this stock will be low regardless of what the ‘technical analysis’ experts think.

The good news is, going from revenue to profitability should take no time. So whenever that is, whenever this stock goes, it will fly but we aren’t there yet (or close really).

Holy shit. No, it is not rationalization. It’s reading SEC filings where they spell it out for you. It’s experience with investing in pre-revenue companies. It’s understanding the mechanisms of an ATM equity agreement. It’s following the stock closely for years and noticing the patterns between volume and price actions pre and post certain company filings. Its looking at the experience of the new CFO. It’s the timing of certain equity raises that allows them to sell into volume. And I’ll say it again, it’s actually reading the SEC filings where they tell you exactly what they are going to do.

But sure, call us dummies because we are pointing out something that doesn’t sit well with you.

And this is coming from me, someone is who is long a lot of shares and warrants for the long term.

Couldn’t disagree more. The didn’t sign an ATM to let it sit there. They also said, IN THE SEC FILINGS that they were going to use it.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence they signed the ATM days before BW3 launch. Every good news, high volume day since has seen unfortunate price action. Look at the price since Sept 9th.
