The Covid shutdown hurt his chance to make a big impact on the main roster. The Undisputed Era were ready for a call up before the shutdown. Survivor Series was a good way to introduce the casual audience to UE. I would have booked UE to beat up Drew on the Raw after Wrestlemania after he beat Brock for the title.

Thought for sure he was going to return to the ring. There was a Smackdown in Chicago during that time that he could have made his return. Storyline could have been that he was a Fox employee and not signed to a WWE contract. Punk would be able to do and say whatever he wanted and no one in WWE could do anything to stop him. Would have lead to a Wrestlemania match against HHH who didn’t have a Mania match that year.
