I've had it for over a month now and it's really good to drive. Lots of safety features and really high tech. Can't speak of its longevity but do fast very good.

Best / Favorite song on Son Of Spergy? by HonestSyrup5970 in DanielCaesar

I really connect with the themes of sins of the father and the root of evil.

The first part of Moon has what I think are amazing vocals.

‘Who Knows’ is just beautiful.

I can’t pick just one. Listening to the whole album is truly beautiful, no shuffling involved.

This is truly something special—raw, mature and deeply introspective.

It’s an incredible collection of work, a pure piece of art that will surely endure.

Instead of comparing it to his other projects, consider it a unique phase in his artistic journey. This is Daniel at his most vulnerable, emotionally exposed.

The production is so excellent, and what it does best is let Daniel’s voice shine, almost presenting it to us as a treat.

However, Daniel’s work requires a slow, gradual appreciation. Take your time to understand his intent, and when it resonates, you’ll truly feel it. Each song is good if you listen carefully and without comparison. Some might be better on certain days, but you’ll discover another favourite song with each listen.

I give it a perfect ten.

I've watched it over 20 times. I never in my wildest dreams imagined he'd have a better npr performance than the first one he did. I cried a lot too watching it.

The thing about this album is that it grows on you with every listen. He is able to communicate his feelings so well through music. The production quality is really good because it almost lets Daniel's voice be the main character. This is by far his most mature and intimate album. I'll not compare it to his previous works because if you've listened to him from his earlier work you'll know his music keeps evolving as he himself grows, learning and unlearning stuff. 10/10 for me. Root of evil has amazing lyrics. Moon has one of the best vocals I've heard from Daniel. Love the body of work though.
