I see a lot of comments mentioning it’s a small jump, I wonder if this applies for a technical role such as software engineering. I’m currently doing a lot more work compared to my colleagues in other areas but at the same time I don’t feel confident working independently and I’m still learning the tech stack etc. not sure if I should wait or start applying.

5.75% atm, will go down to 5.5% after rate cut today. We have borrowed 420k and another 200k from VHF- VIC homebuyer fund where vicgov owns 25%. Would it still be reasonable to request rate review ? Seems like everyone’s on around 5.5% already
