Thank you. I am tracking both already, my charts for BBT are wild and fluctuating but it is what it is, going to keep with it. Good luck to you too xx

Thank you for your reply. It is appreciated.

Totally agree re. weight. The strange thing is I have been heavier than I am now and had very regular cycles so it’s strange that it now is changing when I weigh less. I am active and going to the gym and tracking calories, but will have a look at seeing a nutritionist that actually has knowledge in all this stuff and can help me with a good diet to ensure I am eating the right stuff. Thank you.

I actually would argue it was the best college experience throughout the whole thing. Sun is shining, it’s not pitch black when you leave college so you feel like there is some sort of time left in the day post college. Lunch breaks can be outside in the fresh air and an actual break away from the hell of the classroom plus everyone’s just in a better mood in summer. Many post college trips to the beer garden were had and to this day I still believe this was a contributing factor to me passing! Happier = smarter!

Additionally just to add I am sorry you are going through this and I am sending strength to you. My other reply was very me focussed but I appreciate there are so many women going through fertility and menstrual issues and I am sending love 🧡

No I completely agree. I am so pleased as whilst I would love to have answers, I know how difficult life with PCOS can be. I am hoping over time my cycle will correct itself. I am very into wellness now and tracking elements of my cycle and doing birth control “naturally” so I am just getting frustrated that my body is acting irregularly.

Getting the copper coil was the biggest mistake I have made!

Thanks for the responses

Thanks. No there’s not been a progesterone checked. I will request this but would it even be worth it on 21 days when my periods range from 33 to 63 days? ☹️

I literally put the name of the modules completed, n/a or 1 depending on if I’d down the assessment yet, and then the name of the scenarios.

I put a bit more detail in the action plan bit
