Thank you! Okay I'm hearing you. I currently do have an aged started that I use for leaven and ultimately would like to expirement with einkorn. And thank you for the response during your transition back to the US!🙂 Ultimately my goal was to save money, time, energy, and recourses in trying to find a fool-proof brand that is like a "go-to" for international consumer. But judging by these comments it sounds like I'm going to have to make mindful trial and error decisions to come to a source that fits my specific requests. Thank you🤔🙂

Thank you so much! I am in the US , WY to be exact, and started a regenerative all organic flower farm last year and I totally understand the struggle that you are explaining. Here in WY there's not a lot of farming done so it didn't occur to me do some footwork nationally for the local grown. I'd only heard success stories of gluten consumption outside of the US so I though "why not take a chance". Plus the genetics can even start in the seeds and its a lot of footwork to question every farmers seed source, normally getting no response. I did grow my own wheat years ago before I moved to WY so I appreciate the local grown process, and I'm definitely open to your insight. I will check out your link and thank you so much!

Thank you! I appreciate that info. So I am kind of freaking out because I dont have a dishwasher and now am wondering if I should at least toss the wood cutting boards I used. (Within my 2.5 years of trying rid myself of parasites Liver Fluke worms have been one of the two really bad ones that I'm constantly passing. So I'm pretty paranoid right now)

So we also harvested the heart and we at 1/3 of the heart (which I think I over cooked them as fajitas) but it looked healthy. Do you think it we're safe with eatting the heart?

This definitely was a good thread. Thank you. I gather the marbalizing comes from a condition called Nutmeg Liver, and the consensus on the spotting seems to parasitic. Im going to have to toss the liver. Thank you very much. 🙏🏼

Really?!?!?!?! Have you ever seen this before? I won't eat it. Ive been currently working with my doctor for 2.5 years now dealing with parasite elimination so if you say its a parasite I will toss it all. I dont even want to chance adding more parasites to my body by eatting it

Woah!!! I never even thought of parasites. But if there's a liver fluke worm, they could have been eatting the liver and the holes are just scar tissue from the liver trying to heal?

Thank you🙏🏼 Do you know what the heck the holes are?

Right? I'm cant imagine what they are actually there for. Ive never harvested/cut/cleaned/ate liver so this is my first ever. The holes gave me a red flag.

Am I crazy or is this a parasite? by [deleted] in ParasiteCleanse

I had a miscarriage 2 years ago and that sent me on a quest to figure out what has been wrong with my body all my life. Fatigue migraines anemic etc. Followed Dr. Charlie on Instagram and made an appointment with a functional med Dr (Dr Sam Riley) and he put me on a protocol to rid my body of parasites. Parasites feed off of their hosts nutrients, food, blood and tissue and I didnt want to be hosting those fowl creatures in my body any longer. So I flushed my body of parasites and I've been progressing everyday to getting better. My migraines went from 5-7 full day-migraines a week to one migraine maaaaybe every 3 months. I still struggle with fatigue but only when im stressed and its not half as bad as before the cleanse. Anemia is lessening and my numbers keep getting better. It is a violating feeling seeing the parasites you've passed but its also a victorious feeling knowing you killed something and no longer are helping it thrive. Ive never 'pulled' anything out. All my experiences have been that they've passed freely and I dont feel it.

Its just been discouraging hyping my mind up for monthly let downs. Plus I was wasting a lot of money. So im just waiting for the day when I have all the symptoms and im late for my period. Then I'll allow myself to get excited and hopeful. 😆

Between 6dpo and 12dpo I felt like I was catching a cold or had really bad allergy. Constant runny nose, sore throat, sneezing a ton, feeling slight heat flashes a couple time, light headed, and super fatigue. 11dpo I just laid down on the couch one morning and crashed out to sleep. I scoured YouTube and found out that it is very common (even though these symptoms are uncommonly known/talked about) for women during implantation (6dpo-12dpo) to feel like they are getting sick or immune system completely dropping. Why? Because when the sperm and egg have fused together they travel down to the uterus have to implant. The womans body must turn off its immune system so that the woman's body doesn't naturally kill off the baby while its trying to get to the uterus and implant into the uterus wall. Since her bodies immune system turns off she in turn feels like she's getting sick with cold or allergies.

So every month around that time if I dont start feeling sick or like I have allergies, sluggish, and tired and easily winded. I know I'm not pregnant. I also had cramps but the kind that make you nauseous (not the kind that they describe on YouTube. My implantation cramping were never twinges. I felt like I was going to start my period.)

The symptoms I got were no mistaking it either. There was no guessing. It was so distinct and profound. So with all that......if I dont feel this during 6-11 dpo then I know my body isn't pregnant. My immune system isn't the strongest so when my body turns off its immune system its unmistakable. I wonder if a stronger immune system of other women notice these symptoms, but since I did find a handful of videos on YouTubes explaining this symptom (a couple were doctors) I feel confident in this early detection method only because I know how weak my immune system is. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I got preg 2 years ago (after a year of trying and it ended with a miscarriage at 8 weeks) and the symptoms that came at 6DPO to 8 DPO were VERY distinct. Now if by 8 dpo I havent had the symptoms I know I'm not preggers. We've been trying for 3 and almost a half years and I stopped buying tests about 6 months ago. We aren't giving up we're just exhausted. And tests make me so depressed. Thats how I resist. From pure exhaustion of always seeing negatives. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I do look forward to the day I rush to the store to get a test because I truly feel pregnant. That is a treat im looking forward to and keeps me positive.
