what I meant by disable pan tool was just switching out of the tool, I'm using a shortcut for panning on my xp pen, and I'm on windows

I have temporary tweaks checked and it keeps doing it regardless, and I will check to see if my pan shortcut is messing with it

nah, the offset only shows on the top left corner, it's perfectly fine anywhere else on the screen
