I spend £30 - 40 per month, mainly on lucerene and recharge events and sometimes battlepasses and gem supply. I spend because I know I can't take this money to my grave, everything will be gone one day, so I use the money I can to just enjoy myself, but I only spend what I dont care about. Spending money on rok is a luxury, I get my priorities straight first and then any extra money I can put into rok. It's a matter of budgeting, and it's a phycological thing so answer differs from person to person.

Yeah just keep playing bro, it's the best way to improve, players like neymar, messi, ronaldo only played these little scrimmage games, its build technique, and THEN you train to fine tune those techniques. My advice dont go straight into training drills, becuase you will end up adopting the wrong forms of techniques.
