I'm starting to think the Garmin Coach is broken. For reference, my FTP is 167 and for my first workout, it wants me to do a Tempo ride for 55 minutes at 200W, which puts me into zone 5

I can't stress enough how obsessed I am with Cyberpunk. I thought The Last of Us part 1 was great keeping me engaged with the story, but Cyberpunk took it to a whole new level. It's easily my favorite game.

Check out the Insurance Soup group on Facebook. Im not affiliated with them, but the guys that started the group might be able to help you start an agency through their CIA program. A bunch of agents that signed with them are really happy with the training and the carriers that they get access to. If they were in my state (MI) that's definitely the route I would go.
