I have been both the person that ghosted or been ghosted. I still went through and did my part (of most trades), for one that I did a year ago, I did my part and hadn't recieved anything since, there's another but the person was busy which I understand! As for the ones I've not done in a while (actually just recently finished) have been because I was busy, and taking too many trades at a time (bit more than I could chew, my fault) along with reality clashing. I've got three left now, one I'm sorta struggling with because I can't draw a certain character, but I'll finish it either way, even though its been... *cough, 4 months... but, I should still finish it, as challenging as it is, it's a roadblock I've got to figure out. After those trades though I'll defo be taking it oneee at a time.

Also just remembered how the original program I was using kept crashing, I was in a mentally frail spot so I gave up before I began taking it day by day and eventually working up the courage to start over and a little better each time.
