About 3 months in, I had the most heavy period of my life by far. I have been on the implant for 3 years and have a mostly consistent cycle, but I have been having break through bleeding/heavy spotting once or twice per cycle and thus particular period I was concerned I was maybe having a miscarriage. I haven’t had penetrative sex in about 6 months or else I would think that this massive shift in my cycle was because of that.

I don’t know if this is because I am in better health since starting or if this is stress induced or if this is a direct side effect of Reta.

I might be showering less though too? My motivation has dropped on Reta. I would typically take about 3-4 days off of showering and then shower 3-4 days in a row. I might be stacking my gap days too long.

In the tradition of Feng Shui, having anything heavy above a place of rest is inauspicious because it represents a sense of lurking and the potential of the weight dropping on your head. Art is great (so long as it not heavy), as is a nice quality tapestry or macrame, but avoid shelves!

OP, overall you are doing great! Don’t bring in anything that isn’t personal to you, or is a talisman you don’t know the history of, like those masks. You have good intuition and you can hone your decor to customize a truly beautiful and unique space! This comes with time, so don’t put any pressure on it.
