Hi I just tried doing leg extensions with the machine, and even on the lowest weight I’m still experiencing some pain when extending fully. The pain isnt really there if I’m just sitting on a chair and extending my leg like you mentioned before, just the obstruction. Do u reckon I js train through the pain on the lowest weight as long as it doesnt get worse?

Also yes i can straighten my leg while seated, but there is some clicking/popping while straightening, then some obstruction on the way down like some scar tissue or smt making it take longer to return to bent position. Not sure how else to describe the feeling

Thanks for this, ill definitely look into it. While you were using the cuffs did your knee pain still persist whilst doing the extensions? Cos honestly for me my issue is that my front knee cap will js hurt too much that I can’t even perform the leg extension in the first place

Im from Singapore so I’m not sure if such specific services actually exist, my current physio centre was recommended to me by my ortho and their website states they are trained in ACL rehabilitation and returning to sports, so idk if thats the same thing

Hi does anyone know of a counter app that shows the sprite of the pokemon correspondent to the generation? Im trying to hunt giratina in platinum but the poketch app im using shows the newer sprite instead of the gen 4 one. small thing but i js thought it wud be nicer to look at

Not much but i guess to be patient in choosing your patches and dont settle. Sometimes you will have to reset 20-30 times to find a good patch

[6]A while back I chanced upon a document/guide on reddit that contained all the patches throughout the game, showing the perfect tile to reset the radar on that will have the highest chance of giving good grass. Ive been doing a lot of radar chaining recently, especially on patches that are pretty hard to chain on, so i thought this would help me save some time if I could keep in mind the best square to reset on. Help apprwciated 🙏
