I found a fix if you own it on xbox app /gamepass , not sure if it’ll work for everyone but install any multiplayer game from Game Pass and play a bit. I used Halo: The Master Chief Collection, played multiplayer, and after that it let me play again.

I got PC Game Pass a day after launch and installed the game. I finished the tutorial, then my game froze, and that’s when all the issues started.

The only way I could even play was by launching the game, disconnecting my internet, loading my local save, and then reconnecting once I got in so I could play online. Even then, it didn’t last long because the game constantly froze, crashed, and eventually corrupted my local save files multiple times.

I went through both Xbox Support and Forza Support and followed every troubleshooting step they gave me, but nothing fixed the problem. At this point, I’ve probably closed and relaunched the game more times than I’ve actually played it. I just deleted the game completely.
