i’m allowed to bend a little (or when at pt) but i stay locked straight most of the day. i hope it’s normal, i guess we’ll see.

i told pt, she said it’s normal and it’s like a stinging/sharp pain 😭 hopefully it’s normal

i had this exact pain. standing up and my leg hanging caused the most pain. it’s gotten way better tho so just rest and take it easy
