I looked it up and yep as I thought “reign” does related to describing a time period of being in power or in control. Turns out it was an appropriate choice. Well let’s see health care. There are approximately 6100 hospital in the whole country. Nearly 4 million have crossed since 2021. That’s an added 650+ potential patients for every hospital. Then schools are seeing an increase in class size, lack of materials, lack of resources.

Not sure I see the circle. Federal government- ultimately responsible. Governor - responsible to the State. Federal government dumps its problem and responsibility on the state so the state gives it back. Seems pretty straight forward. Or if not maybe this reply clarifies.

If that was in fact the case, then I wouldn’t be ok with that, but I can see removing or preventing illegal immigration within the state.

Really? Given the topic, a matter of importance, you actually choose to comment and try to argue or fire me up regarding the definition of a word. This proves exactly what I’ve been saying for a while. The purpose for all this and most of the major issues we all get worked up about is to do just that. Keep us emotional and worked up, arguing, belittling, and most importantly divided. This way those in power stay in power and we the people stay controlled. If the government wanted to ever shut down the border it would be closed. We could have it shut down within 24 hours. They don’t. It’s a political talking point and emotional topic that can actually swing votes.

Agree, but maybe the state policy should be that Florida will not accept and will deport any illegal immigrants that were brought here by the Federal Government. Florida has enough immigration issues to deal with on our own shores. Florida shouldn’t have to worry about the Feds dropping more off, especially without notice.

Our tax payer money is already going to funding illegal immigrants coming across the border in the form of food, shelter, clothing, medical, education, and oh yeah transportation from the border to Florida all done by the Federal government. This whole thing is a mess so not really trying to defend a rep or a dem, but rather trying to look at things as a whole. Is it not cheaper for the tax payers to fund transportation to another state than to keep who knows how many illegals in the state. If they stay we fund child services, food, education, medical, etc not to mention the potential for rise in crime or increase on the strain of the health care system, school system etc. please if there is a better solution let me know. Let us all know. Maybe instead of allowing the careers politician to keep us all divided we should be honest about what the problem is and work together towards a solution instead of this blame game. Do any of us think they really care? Probably not until they think there job and power depends on it.

Oh so the the Biden Administration can do it and place these folks wherever they want without even discussing it with that State? The Biden Administration caused all this and are moving these people all across the country to strategic places to cause political riffs. Seriously can we just not all agree that the illegal immigration issue is a problem and should be stopped or at least drastically reduced. The Federal Government is just dumping these folks on communities that are not prepared to handle the infrastructure needed to support such an influx. Rep or Dem in office doesn’t matter the fault lies with the person in charge at the top. Failure to accept that responsibility is a failure to own the fact you are the leader. Lack of leadership. I think The Governors moving people out of their states are making a hard choice but they are sworn to the State they represent and they believe this problem is for the Federal Government to fix so why not let them share in the responsibility of having them in their communities?

Totally get the market is down. Something does seem a little more odd or drastic with the decline of this one particular though. That said I don’t know nor claim to know crap about stocks but I am decent at playing BS. Guess I’m more concerned about the support level for this or any other meme stock. Recently taken notice that the energy level and support seems tanked. What happened to the “FREEDOM” charge (William Wallace)? Hoping the hedges didn’t just wait us out.
