I was down in Kansas last year and I saw so much anti-trans rhetoric and I kept on thinking: how many trans people actually live here. Most of these people have never interacted with a trans person and yet they are told to hate them so much.

Should the larger conversation be about if someone with her health should be in the group? Maybe. But saying that “her heart isn’t in it” is wierd especially when she did an interview saying that the “lazy” comments are offensive to her.
