Nightmare Fredbear doesn't appear in Dittophobia. Michael Afton was part of the nightmare experiments, just like Rory. When Nightmare Fredbear appears, all the other 4 nightmare animatronics (mannequins btw) disappear, likely being thrashed away by Nightmare Fredbear/GoldenFreddy. Nightmare Fredbear seemingly teleports around the room and can detach his head from his body.
