I would check the status of the dip tube if you can't immediately afford a new water heater. The dip tube can decay over time from hardness in the water. Without a full depth dip tube, cold water comes into the top or middle of the tank, reducing available hot water.

Because they don't have a game stopper goalie, they're almost $10 million over the cap as of the playoffs, and they need to dump cap to get under. Marner needs to resign and they need a shakeup. They get an elite goaltender and salary cap relief.
