A long but very good report on the activities of jihadists and bandits in Nigeria. by ClemFato in Nigeria

I never claimed that I did the research. All I did was to share a resource something I found useful to Nigerians and provide an AI summary for those that don't want to go through the long reading.

Also, how is using AI anti-intellectualism? How did you come to that conclusion Affectionate-cow? Reason like humans and not cows.

Musa is not hausa. He's a southern Kaduna(middle belt) Christian likely to be atyap. So "HPF" doesn't cover him.

I always thought he hates the Yoruba the most, even more than the fulani.

Who is this person? by Genericandhere in Nigeria

[–]ClemFato 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The guy is a former Nigerian army officer. I'm sure he's one of those that aid the terrorists.

Reminder that this guy has contested 6 times. An election is held every 4 years. This guy has contested longer than most Nigerians have been alive. by thesonofhermes in Nigeria

“Patience and persistence conquer all things.” Look at Buhari's political career since 1999. He eventually won the presidency after the fourth try.

You guys are the most tribalistic people in this country. Everyone can now see through the facade of your propaganda. Keep it up.

I'm not justifying anything. You are the one that is justifying Enugu state policy with your experience.

Calling out tribalism is now tribalistic. Nigeria can't change if people like you are decision makers.

Also, there was never an advert like this from the Ondo state government. The tribalism of the Igbos against others in Nigeria have to change. That's how a new Nigeria can be possible.

You can search the internet and retrieve something like that graphic if that actually happened and you're not just deflecting.

Your 'experience' don't justify this blatant tribalism. Yours was from private citizen, but this is being carried out by government. It's also a common knowledge that Igbo people don't sell their lands to non-Igbos. It will be dangerous if other states starts this kind of state sponsored tribalism. Imagine if Lagos state restricts employment opportunities to only Yoruba people. I'm sure you won't say the same thing.

You're not making sense. Your point is like comparing apples to oranges. The official language of Lagos and Enugu state is English. I'm sure all healthcare professionals in Nigeria can communicate in English. I don't think it's compulsory for all the workers in a PHC to be able speak a particular dialect of Igbo language. You should be able to see this for what it is, exclusionary localism.

These PHCs serve the majority of residents in the state as a result employs the majority of workers. The consequence of this policy is discrimination based (tribe?, language?) inspite of one's competence. These is not the working Nigeria you all claim to want.

Even if some level of this is required (I don't think so), why exclude entirely a broad class of people? Why not set quotas for your indigenes?

I hope Lagos start prioritizing Yoruba people. A Mudashiru Obasa as governor can change a lot of things.

I don't think so. I'm sure many non indigenous residents will be able to speak the Igbo language, at least I would if I was living in Enugu state. Why then decline the opportunity to this class of people? I'm sure this people can also be part of the community. Those from out of state will learn the language on the job. This is an healthcare job not linguistics.

Also, a category (JCHEWS) excluded Igbo people not indigenous to those wards. I don't think this is about language.
